Please make sure you register for BOTH a Driving Class and a Theory class.  



Enrollment Requirements: You must be a high-school student at least 16 years of age and have a VALID LEARNER'S PERMIT PRIOR TO the start of classes.

If you have a medical condition, please inform us. Confidentiality will be maintained.

Application Procedure: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Payment can be made online using MasterCard, Visa, or e-check.

PLEASE EMAIL A COPY OF YOUR LEARNER'S PERMIT as well as the completed "PARENTAL CONSENT FORM" to Mlaoutas@portnet.org to complete the registration process.  You will not receive access to the class without completeing this.   



Tuition and Refund Policy: Tuition fee is $725 for Port Washington residents, non-residents, $825 Refunds are allowed prior to the start of the semester, however a $25 processing fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued after the start of the semester.

Scholarships are available for students enrolled in the free or reduced lunch program. 

Attendance: Attendance at ALL sessions is mandatory.  

Upon Completion: Students who successfully complete the requirements for this non-credit course will receive a Student Certificate of Completion (MV285) and an Insurance Premium Reduction Letter. Reissuance of certificates will be charged a $25 fee.

Note: After completing the course, submitting the MV285, and passing the road test, you must still wait for your 17th birthday to be eligible for a regular license.

***NO CERTIFICATES WILL BE ISSUED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE LAST THEORY & DRIVING CLASS AND NOT BEFORE ALL MAKE UP SESSIONS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED!!***
