If you haven't experienced yoga, or if you think you don't have the flexibility to do some of the poses, CHAIR YOGA IS PERFECT FOR YOU! Most Yoga stretches can be effectively done this way. Chair Yoga or Seated Yoga is a gentle way of teaching students to experience Yoga and its many benefits. Yoga helps increase concentration, body awareness, tone, flexibility, range of motion, coordination, balance, and helps your posture, circulation, breathing, and gastrointestinal function. You won't be disappointed with this unique, innovative, and easy to follow program. All ages are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, wear loose fitted clothing and do not eat at least one hour before class.
