Join us for a dynamic and restorative exercise class designed to improve flexibility, increase range of motion, and enhance overall body awareness. Through targeted hamstring, quad, lower back, and upper body stretches, you’ll work toward relieving tightness and preventing injury. Special emphasis is placed on posture—especially important in today’s tech-heavy world where constant screen time often leads to poor alignment and back pain. In addition to stretching, we’ll incorporate light dumbbells (1 to 5 pounds) to strengthen both the upper and lower body, helping you build lean muscle and support better posture for the long term. Please bring a thick yoga mat. Class taught by Marlene Kirsch
