Adult and Child CPR is a hands-on practical skills practice course. The course will include, review of prudent heart living; risk factors, and the student's role in the chain of survival. We will also review the warning signs of a heart attack, stroke, choking, and how to access the emergency medical service system (EMS). Wear comfortable clothes, as all practice exercises will be done on the floor. All class material will be provided on the class night. Material fee: $55 paid in cash or check by each student on the night of the class to the instructor. Please make checks payable to Lifesaver CPR Programs.
